The day I was booked in for my initial session with Helena, I almost cancelled as I’d had a hellish day & just wanted to go home & pour a wine! More importantly I didn’t think I would be able to relax at all however I’m absolutely thrilled I pushed myself to go
From the moment I arrived at Helena’s she allowed me to centre myself, breath and be in ‘my’ moment.
Helena was incredible professional in every aspect of her treatment – I felt safe, relaxed and able to completely enjoy what was a very special, non-invasive treatment feeling the most relaxed I had in weeks.
Throughout the session, I was intrigued to actually feel a warmth around the areas that Helena was working on and was amazed at how I looked once the session was finished, in comparison to how I did when I first arrived… I wish I had taken before and after photos as I was genuinely astonished with the results.
My skin was clear, my eyes were also clear and bright and I felt so relaxed but at the same time re-energised.
I will be continuing the treatment with Helena, and am excited to see a permanent change in due course.

I have cleaned out the cupboard…and feel really happy with the purchases..it needed to be done as its been a huge barrier for so long now.
It actually feels great to feel positive and confident with what to wear now, rather than looking at heaps of clothes in the wardrobe and seeing nothing to wear. So, Hubby had no idea I was having the treatment today, and when he came home form work, he stopped dead in his tracks, looked at me and said “wow you look amazing tonight, you look really lovely”
I had to laugh as my hair was scraped back (the kids managed to get food in it at dinner time) and and I had one of my oldest tops on too which was also covered in kid goo. 🙂 So thank you.

There are some special people in our world, who are especially alert to healing energies and Helena is one of them.
Her studio is divine with panoramas over the Lyttelton Harbour, which fits perfectly with experience she provides in her Access Energetic Facelift. Like many of us, my life is stressfully busy and the rebalancing Helena delivered, enabled me to immediately feel so much more capable; less distracted and focused … and that same night I slept uninterrupted – a gift!

I love getting comments on my clothing. Nothing makes me feel better than receiving a compliment when someone says “you look fantastic or what a great outfit”. I put this feedback down to my stylist Helena.
I receive compliments from all types of people, whom I come across in my daily life. Whether it is an air hostess or a corporate team at meetings I present to, or my neighbour! When you receive positive feedback like that, it boosts your confidence and you stand taller! My clothes are very affordable and quite often from up market second hand boutiques.
I wear black, black and more black! Recently, Helena and I went out shopping and I purchased a new item. It was a new French designer woolen green coat that looks expensive. Ok, so it wasn’t black but Helena encouraged me to try it on. I put it on and it went POP – I knew I had to have it! I stepped outside my comfort zone with Helena’s guidance and expertise in knowing that it was me. Not only do I get comments every time I wear it, but I can’t help but think that “little do they know my coat is from a chic recycled boutique, that was very affordable!” I can’t wait for it to be winter again!
I was one of those shoppers, that when I see something I like, I buy. Sometimes, in hindsight I think “what was I thinking”? I have now learnt what styles, colours and outfits are best for my shape and tone. So I do not have this problem anymore! I can shop in confidence on my own, knowing that I have purchased something I will wear! I still call Helena to tell her what I have purchased, especially if it is colour!

Helena invited me to enjoy a ‘face life’ and I’ll admit I had no idea what this meant or what I was to expect, but from what I knew about Helena I knew it was going to be something pretty special. She created an incredibly relaxing environment and told me that my life was about to change. A rather bold statement I thought! But I made myself comfortable on her massage table, and with an open mind I took a deep breath and relaxed…..
For the next hour I lay there as she applied soft pressure to various parts of my face, and within minutes I was relaxed and floating and my mind started to tell a story of everything that I was currently facing in life. An initial jumble of thoughts darting about, but it didn’t take long before my mind was quiet, and I felt all the worry and stress leave me. Once we were done, I sat up feeling slightly sleepy and relaxed and looked around the room to see if I had entered into a new dimension! Everything looked the same, and I felt much the same apart from being so relaxed, and I initially wondered what it had all been about. BUT, when I woke up the next day my life HAD changed. All of a sudden I had 100% clarity on an important situation I had been facing in life. In that moment I had no doubts about what I needed to do next and where my life was about to head. Helena has made a significant difference to my life in the most positive way. She has enabled me to seek clarity, gain confidence, and find the direction I was looking for. It has now been one week since my experience took place, and I can honestly say it has been one of the happiest weeks of my entire life. I am so excited about what is next for me and cannot wait to be back on Helenas massage table under her magical touch, ready and waiting for what will come next…..

Before I even knew Helena had a fashion styling business, I wanted to employ her just off the back of how she presented herself! Her clothes and the way she wore her clothes and accessories! Quite simply, at the age of 45, I am glad I waited this long to find a woman of her caliber to help me confirm and find my way with my own sense of style.
Helena is thorough and efficient with her time, she is straight to the point and gentle when it comes to asking questions around your own personal style or lack of!

Shedding my tomboy, home Mummy style (a style behind which I would hide the real me) I am now dressing to be the beautiful, powerful and elegant woman I am. My wardrobe has pieces which mix and match in colours that make me pop! I have even had women unknown to me approach me and tell me I look stunning! Helena’s knowledge of the corporate world is extensive and her tips and awareness that she can share and personalise are invaluable.
